Our name change was made through the approval and support of our Board of Directors.
No. None of the 48 affiliates have the same name. NACM National holds exclusive rights to the NACM brand. So we're making the strategic decision to introduce a brand name to which we have exclusive rights.
It means a promise for a better future because of our profound commitment to better serve each of our constituencies; to greater collaboration; to a clearer focus. It means a network of communities; an information base of knowledge; and a training resource for professionals.
Through our newly carved vision, we dedicate ourselves to co-creating our future in absolute alignment with our members and customers. We commit ourselves to the business credit function and to creating a resourceful and dynamic community in support of that function.

Yes, our corporate structure has not changed. We are a business that represents a national association in this area.
We're so much more than an association. We wanted to own a name that is reflective of all that we do and all that we offer. The new name positions us well for future growth. The new name represents our commitment to you and to our communities. Our new name reflects our expanded vision. And because we do not and cannot own the intellectual property of the NACM brand name, it is in our best interest - and the best interest of our clients - that we adopt a name we can own. The NACM brand is owned and controlled by the National organization. We're choosing to build equity in a brand name that has the ability to carry us well into the future.
We've changed our name and our logo and our graphic identity. But what remains the same is our absolute commitment to serving the function of business credit. We will always carry this purpose at our core. Our heritage is long and strong. It provides the necessary clarity that reminds us why we are here. We're here for you, our members and customers, our industry partners and colleagues, our own dedicated people; and all those who have a vested interest in the world of business credit.
